New battery, starter and radiator but car wont stsrt unless jumped, everytime and radio stuck on "lock"

Hey everyone. So I've had this 2000 LaSabre for a couple years now. I've always had to attach my jump box to get it to start and even then sometimes it has trouble even when the jumper is fully charged. Also, the radio has been stuck on lock since I've had it. Like I said New radiator, starter, battery, fuel pump. Battery running at full MOJO. New fuel injector...does anyone know at all what this issue can be ???
 
Have you had the battery load tested?

sounds like your battery connections are bad or the wire from the backseat to the starter is not making full connection whether from connections or from wire failure somehow. it should go to the fuse box underhood then to the starter (in that daisy chain configuration. thats over 10 feet of large gauge wiring and 4 connection points to look at

the radio is because it was replaced and it was theftlocked on the previous car or the car itself had a theftlock passcode which you obviously dont know so its stuck. a dealership can clear the lock function so it can work. i would fix your other issues first.
