New To Buick, New To Forum...

Hello All!! Just want to say hello and to say that I have been the proud owner of my "not so new,but gently used...well cared for 1996 LeSabre." OMG it is wonderful!! Now I know why my grandfather stayed with Buick. I would never have considered buying one until my trucks engine blew and I was in need of a vehicle pretty darn quick. Funds were not great when this beauty fell into my lap. $800, in really nice condition with the exception of needing a coil pack. I guess it was meant to be. I can't believe how quiet it is, and how smooth the ride is. My husband calls it my "Floating Couch." So glad I discovered this gem. Oh and the power....!!!! One word...NICE! Enjoying the forum here too. Looking forward to be on here a lot. I have a lot of learning and catching up to do.😱

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. I'm glad you found us! How DID you find us, anyway? Yes, the Buick LeSabre is a very nice, comfortable car. And pretty unique looking as well. I'm glad you like it!

Thank you. I'm glad I found this forum as well. I actually found it by accident. I was looking at "images" on Google and when I clicked on the image of one of your members vehicles it brought me here. And yes the look of this is a unique looking car. In the beginning I was not too enthusiastic about it, but I must say in a weeks time it has grown on me a lot. This one has the tinted windows which adds a little more mystique to it. Most of the Buick's I have come across don't have the tint. And though it's the "custom" trim, the previous owner did not mind paying for most of whatever was optional, so with the exception of a couple of things, this one is truly fully loaded.

Sure I'd love to. Right now I am in the process of detailing under the hood and cleaning/detailing the interior. It's the maroon cloth interior and the previous owner had a white dog, so you can only imagine :-( And since the husband asked if he could keep the stereo since it was a birthday present from the wife....which of course I had no problem with, we put a new one in today. It lights red to match the interior :-D Also, I'm having a heck of a time with trees and pollen. But her are a few pics of the exterior., ,
