So as of yesterday and today anytime I go to use my aux cord to play music off of Spotify I get an error pop up saying "No Music Files Found" with the only option being Ok. However the song playing on my phone can be heard through the car speakers, when I hit Ok the music stops. I've tried researching this issue to only find some solutions on a Chevy forum website. The only real solution being to go into your radio settings and choosing to clear and reset the radio. Did that and the issue is still occurring. I have a 2015 Verano, and an iPhone X, I doubt the issue is the phone since its still supported by Apple but I figured I'd put it there. Thank you in advance for any input and feedback.

Something similar happened to me with my iPhone 6S (except music never started playing) and 2015 Verano Turbo -- I replaced the lightning-USB cord and the problem was solved. If you're lucky, replacing the cord may work for you. Also, can try restarting the iPhone if you haven't done it in a while.

I'm sorry for having to ask but, why is your phone conencted using the AUX port?

Spotify should work via bluetooth, no cable required.

I want to be able to charge my phone in the car but as soon as I plug the phone into the USB I get this message and everything gets all worked up. The Bluetooth disconnects and I have to start all over. There’s nothing wrong with my cord - I can charge my phone with it in my office computer - so I don’t think that’s the problem. Any other ideas? Buick - can you help? I have a Cascada. Thanks!

This just started happening to me a couple days ago, and I have been using it for over a year--I haven't changed my iPhone or made any other changes, so not sure why it just started happening. (I guess I was trying to listen to Apple music when I usually turn on Spotify...) I too prefer to use the USB and not the Bluetooth, and I could likely use the AUX, but then I can't charge my phone. I have a 2013 Enclave. HELP!
