No Turn signals

I have a 2000 buick lesabre. Since I bought it I have had no turn signals. Not on the dash or outside of the car. I've replaced the flash box, multi function switch. I've checked and replaced all fuses and relays that I can find to relate to the turn signals. Confusing because my hazards work and turn signals dont!

Why did you replace all those parts?
Is a shop doing the work?

Here's a list of fuses related to the possible turn signal problem just to make sure that they all looked at.

IGN 1 Fuse #12 10 A
Rear Fuses - Fuse #36 15 A Tsignal and Hazard, Stop lights Fuse #19 15 A.

Also to confirm that this is the module you replaced.
