OEM or Aftermarket Navigation and face plate

I just bought a 2012 Buick Regal Turbo Premium II. I love it so far. The only thing missing is a DVD/Nav. I've searched for a few days now and cannot find a face plate to accommodate an aftermarket nav system. Buick even told me the companies they use don't even have them yet. Has anyone found a face plate that will replace the OEM one? Crutchfield has a couple nav systems that they recommend, but no face plate. Also, if someone has replaced their stock system with an aftermarket one... does your Onstar, bluetooth, and all other controls still work?
