Passive lock buttons only working on passenger side

I am having the same issue 2024 enclave 55k miles

Having the same issue on my 2013, just the drivers side rear door.
Worked when I bought it, stopped about 18 months ago.
Had the shop look at it, quoted almost 600 to fix it.
I think they didn’t look at it, and just pulled the cost 9f replacing
Every part in that mechanism, and added the labor. Lol!
I think it is jus5 the little switch.
