PCV tube

I have a 2007 3500 motor in a rendezvous that has a loose pvc tube on one end. I see that one end goes into the rubber air intake tube between the air cleaner box and the throttle body. The tube is hard plastic with rubber grommets on both ends. I can’t see where it fits at the back on the motor. This looks to be very hard to get too. Any one have a schematic or a picture of where it fits into? I’m at a loss to the location.
