2018 encore
My daughter's 2018 Encore had it's turbocharger disintegrate internally a few days ago. It over-pressurized the oil return line and ruptured it, but fortunately the engine was immediately turned off, due to massive smoke clouds.
I replaced the turbo, which is truly a job straight out of hell, and the front catalytic converter. The car runs fine.
EXCEPT it is stuck in limp mode with no active OBD codes. It does have a Permanent Underboost code in, though, which is not surprising.
I believe the permanent underboost code is causing the limp mode ...hopefully.

How do I get that to clear??

What is the code?
Have you tried disconnecting the battery?

P0299 Engine Underboost
Battery was disconnected (negative side) for a week.

I guess your code reader doesn't have a reset function?
Was the pressure sensor part of your repair?

Yes, it does, but this is a PERMANENT code. They can't be reset the same way.
And, no. Which pressure sensor?
