Power train or transmission computer to erase codes for 2003 Rendervous

Hi, In a past posts, we talked about the problem which cause Anti lock, Brake and AWD disabled, lights on. I fixed all possible problems but I can’t find someone with the computer to erase the code, obviously I tried with a regular (SnapOn) computer to erase that codes but It didn’t work.
Can someone recommend where can I do this, near to DMV?
