Hello,
On the tourX at the rear hatch there is a buick projection light that shines down on the ground when your near the rear of the car. Is there an opel emblem replacement light for this?

Voo...Dude are you going to change the Buick identifier in VIN too?

I don't know how common it is, but if you look closely at the VIN (at least on mine, a 2019), you'll see a couple of Opel & Vauxhall 'watermarks' (gloss black on the matte black background).

As far as the projector image goes--an image of the Rockettes?


(Actually, the European version of the projector is just a graphic of the car with the tail gate opening--as shown from p.30 in the Vauxhall Owner's Manual.)

I understand.. might as well go as far as you can, if it has tires or tits.

If the current Buick projector disassembles, maybe you can swap out the projector pattern instead of replacing the whole unit? The fifth image in link below identifies the location of the pattern plate and maybe a little modification....

I've always wanted puddle lights! Ghost lighting would be cool too.

Unfortunately it is just a car outline and it doesn't appear the buick unit is easily disassembled. It is a sealed unit.

have you found door sills for the opel? I did the back and the tire caps, haven't pulled the trigger on the front- $$$

You can get puddle lights (the ones that shine under your doors when you open them) with various and even completely custom logos, so maybe someone will make similar options available for the tailgate.

Hey, mine no longer shows the logo it’s just a normal light. I’m not sure what happened. Any idea what I need to order to fix this?

It's part number 13529154. It's Covered here, it's easy to replace, or you could try to get warranty to cover it: Tailgate “kick” sensor
