Rear washer spray nozzle

On my 2023 Buick Encore GX the rear spray nozzle on the back glass has either a cracked hose or the hose slid off. Not sure but when I activate the washer I can hear the washer fluid flowing back to the rear door. Can I replace, reattach the hose myself or is this a dealer thing? Thanks for any feedback

It doesn't have water.

It’s full about a gallon of washer fluid. The hose has come off the spray nozzle. You ask how I know? I had my wife activate the switch and me at the back of the car where the should be spraying out of the nozzle but you can hear it flipping around in the rear hatch. Your Welcome!
