Yes, with foot on brake pedal

Take it in for service. I assume you read the owners manual.

For real, its not brain surgery, get in, push the brake, and hit the button while still holding the brake, car will stay running but all operations come on. If your car is turning off then there may be a safety feature being triggered. Check for codes or contact service dept at dealership.

Well I'm happy to announce that it was brain surgery. I finally got the right combination....remote start car....get in...push button ONCE...push brake in peddle and start button again....magic....
