Replacing factory stereo?

I’m looking to replace the factory stereo with a new touchscreen one and when I look on crutchfield.com it says tits recommended I don’t replace it. It also doesn’t tell me which models would work. Has anyone here replaced there’s? How would I go about doing it? The model is a 2014 Buick Regal Turbo

I have seen someone use a dash kit to remove the radio controls in an 11-13 and install a double din there so he had two screens. I've also seen people use the Tesla style screens. Or you can go the Navtool route like I did.

Modern cars like this aren't really designed for the screen to be removed and replaced.
