Revs, but won't start

I have a 98 Buick LeSabre 3800 engine. Last week, I went to start my car and it would turn and rev, but wouldn't run. I just replaced the spark plugs and wires. Batter, Altranator and Starter have been ruled out. I am guessing air, spark or gas, but what specifically would so that? Where do I start that is cheap?

I should also mention that I am turning the key while it makes its noise before it starts to run and when I give it a bit of gas, it revs the engine, but wil not stay running.

check your vacuum lines around the throttle body for cracks or other problems.

(source, I forgot to hook mine up once and had the same problem.)

Vats, fuel pressure, MAF, could be a number of things. We need more info.

Sounds like the idle air control valve.
