So Bethany's back a few months ago I figured out the problem with her not cranking/starting. I got it running after alot of aggravation and frustration. I have been driving her just fine as of Sunday. All the sudden the battery died out of nowhere she's been driving like a dream since I've fixed her so. I noticed that my touch screen radio went silent and solid white and then shortly after the car started to chug a little then died. I got jumped drove a whole 50 feet and died again. I noticed on the dash the red battery light was suddenly on. As I was staring at my dash trying to figure out what I was to do next I noticed the service battery charger on the dash. Not sure what that means got the car home put the battery on the charger charged it Up full charge cleaned all the terminals return the battery back to the car this morning dropped my daughter off at daycare almost made it back home same thing happend again... PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP

Have the battery and alternator both checked.

A service shop or auto parts store, call and confirm.

check battery with volt meter car off should be 12.5 no lower than 12. If you have that then start the car, check the battery car running should be 14.2ish keep the volt meter on the battery and keep watching after you start it. If it drops below 13.9ish then it’s the alternator. If you can start it then jump it and check it while it’s running. At least you’ll eliminate the alternator or battery because if it’s the 4.6 V8 it is a bear to deal with the alternator. Like I super pain in the ass, for me at least

Bethany... As above...If you could do DIY, you will need a multimeter, the meter probes go to the battery.... or alternatively many auto parts store will test it free.
Suggest... charge it up overnight, then test.... if not yourself, immediately go to a parts store. (Of course call them first to see if they do that.)
