A couple of months ago I had to remove the front seat (long story). After replacement I have an OBD2 error saying the passenger side airbag (in the seat?) has an open loop. I assume that would be a bad connection, but I can't see any problem with the connections under the seat. I can't clear the error, so I am assuming that it's a real wiring issue.
Am I missing anything? Is it possible that this is just not an error that can be reset like other can? Airbag light is lit in the instrument display. I am assuming that the front airbag is still operable since the error specifically refers to the side airbag.
Advice?
