Spark plugs

What would be the easiest way to change the spark plugs on my 2008 Buick Lacrosse 3.8?

I know that fool I was talking about how do you get to the back spark plugs without removing anything except the engine cover.

Sorry, couldn't resist.🤣 You should have worded your question properly.

You probably have to remove the dog-bone mounts and then use a ratchet strap to roll the engine forward to gain clearance.
