Speaker buzzing on premium Avenir

My wife and I purchased a new 2025 Enclave Avenir with the premium audio system. We have had a speaker on the left front buzzing with the beat of the bass for months now. It has been in service 4 times, it has currently been in service for 3 weeks now for this issue an a crooked exhaust tip. We have been told everything from We can not duplicate the problem totodat I was basically told that I don't know how to work the audio system. I have recorded the issue and done everything except ride with the shop foreman which is the next step. I am frustrated with the exceptional by design.

You DO need to go for a drive with a technician and duplicate the issue for them. Then they can no longer deny that there is a problem.
