Stupid question regarding heat into door

I know that there is a connection into the drivers door for heat to get in during colder months. What setting on the air flow is used for this? The defroster setting, the dashboard vents?

Not clear on what you are referring to as there isn't any heat in the door. Please post what information was found regarding the Lucerne as the only heated element on the door are the mirrors if equipped with this option.
