Subwoofer

I am wanting to add a subwoofer and amp to my Rainier and was wondering if there is a way to hook it up to the stock Bose unit to keep the clean look? Does anyone know the answer to this question

Do any of you have an idea of how i can get an Ipod/auxiliary port hookup in this car with the stock setup? Im tired of the constant need to burn CD's and annoyed of the crappy FM transmitters

If anyone is still using this section and has some information for me I am interested in this as well, I've read that there are conversion modules you can buy to get the rca hookups but then you lose function of one speaker, in addition to this I know the wiring in these SUV s isn't the greatest and I'm wondering how this will affect the known issues.
