So, yeah. Clicking noise started up after a 60 mile trip a couple weeks back and I can't pinpoint it. Here's a video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vG9MEIxG7rE

This is at the A/C pulley. When it is in gear the noise is constant. I thought it had to do with the AC, but I shut it off and it still happens. I pull out the fuse, still happens.

I'm pretty stuck on this one. Any help?

Harmonic Balancer. Maybe? Take of the serpentine belt start the car and see if it still makes the sound.

I would try a can of cooling system oil.

The noise is from the clutch on the ac compressor. When the clutch is engaged, the noise goes away or becomes quiter, but when it disengages, the clutch starts to rattle causing the noise. If you pay attention to the video, the noise is gone when the clutch is engaged (Spinning), as soon as it disengages (Not Spinning, or turned off) the noise is back.

Agree that the A/C is the first item to check. Also check the water pump when the belt is off. Turning on the A/C changes the distribution of tensions in the belt and that could cause some other component to start/stop making noise.
