I'm in the same boat as you. While I love the car's design and features, it's a night and day difference coming from my modified Subaru Outback. I'm constantly searching for ways to improve the handling of the car which is limited for the awd drivetrain.
I recently installed H&R springs and those have provided a noticeable firm/planted feeling but I haven't put much mileage since. I'm still waiting/hoping that Bilstein, Tokiko, KYB, or anyone releases an adjustable performance strut/shock, but I'd prefer a true coilover kit from KW.
I believe Eibach offers a swaybar kit for the fwd model and the front bar should be interchangeable as my limited research in PNs and suspension configuration look the same in the front.
The stock Conti tires are horrible and need to go if you're looking to really improve the feel/handling of the car.
