Took out the radio, no more gauge lights

None of the lights on the dimmer switch, besides the interior dome, works after I took out the radio, I put it back in and they still don’t work.
The fuse for the dimmer switch is not blown and I don’t know where else to look.
Y'all have any ideas?

Sounds like you either shorted something out or you possibly pinched a wire when you put the radio back in. Either way I suggest you re-trace your steps and look very closely. Good luck!
