2011 Regal CXL 2.0L Turbo (russelheim)
Long time listener, first time caller.

I have a 2011 regal cxl, 2.0t russelheim 6 speed manual,139k. Recently had to correct a sagging motor due to some worn mounts, the sag was causing serpentine belt to rub power steering line so I replaced the serpentine belt, Trans and motor mounts and when I went to pick up the car, noticed immediately the cars locks weren't responding to the FOB, it would chirp if I locked it but locks wouldn't move. So this prompted me to check other power features and I discovered my power seats, power locks, power windows and AC are not functioning. All of them worked perfectly before the repairs.

Any ideas? They think there is a ground loose somewhere, they checked the continuity of the fuses but all of them looked good. Help me pls lol.

Thanks in advance.

Bring it back to whomever did the work. I'm sure they disconnected a battery cable and left something off. Also with you may have some memory relearning that may have to be reset.

Hard to know what a shop may have done and checking a fuse isn't really troubleshooting the problem. As a guess check your charging and battery to confirm it's at the proper level as vehicles can go into a safe mode and shut down items to remain operational, this is somewhat more common in winter post.

Next get the shop pull up the schematics and visually inspect for the associated areas that are not operating and see if something is not connected or damaged.

Depending on the shop quality and they returned your vehicle that wasn't correct anything is possible. A professional scan may have addtional information to help in isolate the area or module.

I left it at the shop and they found a ground wire that had been left out. Well, a feed wire they called it. So all is well on that front, $871 bucks later. However, speaking of memory and resets, do you guys know of any threads about my radio doing a full date and time reset every time I turn the car on? The date and time resets to 2006 and prompts me with a disclaimer as if it's my first time using the car. Weird.

Your user manual will show how to do all resets on Radio, seats, and other memory the vehicle may have.

Wait, so they failed to put it back together properly and then charged you again to fix it? I hope I read that wrong!

You did read that wrong lol. $871 initially. My bad for poor grammar, deduct points if you wish ha
