Transmission gone 2 months ago..$3300.now turbocharger broken(hearted) is there a recall?

You'd have to contact GM, or your dealer. If there is any help on the turbo, it would not be a recall but an extended service warranty on that part. If you register with Buick.com using your VIN, there's a section that will show you any remaining warranty, recalls, and extended service bulletins.

What Buick do you own and what year? How many miles did you have on it when you replaced the transmission?

A 2021 recall (N212395330) addressed a potential blockage in the PCV passage of the camshaft cover on certain 2020 Buick Encore GX vehicles with the 1.2L turbo engine, which could lead to rough running or engine damage.
