Trifecta Tune Question

Hello,

I recently bought the standard 100% stock Trifecta tune for my wife’s 18 Tourx. After unboxing the cable and downloading the installer. I went to my download page and didn’t see any tune files to download. Does anyone who have used Trifecta know when you can expect to get the tune file. I’ve tuned multiple cars in the past and I know if you’re data logging and sending files out you can expect a few days turn around. But I figured since this is an OTS tune that it would already be posted to my download page.

When I did mine, I was instructed to use the cable and software to capture specific info from the car and then send them the file.
Don't know about the newer years but check the instructions for guidance.
They claim these are not "one for all" tunes.

Got it, I was thinking since it’s 100% stock that the tunes were an OTS style. It actually makes me feel a little better that they will still be looking at some data logs to tune to the individual car

I understand now. I was thinking since it’s for a 100% stock car that it’s an OTS tune already written. I’m glad they are still going to want me to data-log some for the tune.
