Turbo replacement

I'm having boost issues and the valve cover has been replaced, coil packs, spark plugs, Maf is clean and all the pcv hoses/pcv system is clear. What car? I am getting a po299 on my 2019 cascada premium and I am trying to find a replacement non oem
