Sounds like you may have gotten your UBS/SD Reader purchased and replaced?
Sorry I wasn't able to help with the Part Number.

That looks pretty much like the Connections for the USB/SD Reader
for the 2014-2015 Buick Regal.
The Numbers are different (13599454), but the connection looks alike.

The Extractor you Posted looks just like the one I posted above, but
what I posted was a 7 pcs. Tweezer Set that cost me only $.30 more
and I was able to pick it up at my local True Value Hardware Store.

unfortunately there are no slots on the side of the receptacle for my 2020 Enclave. I purchased the tweezers and gave it s shot but had nothing to grab onto. The receptacle for my car has the card player also. Maybe a different issue all together. I have not been able to find anything on line including Youtube that shows how to remove and replace the part. If anyone knows or hear's of any process or suggestion please let me know. Thanks for all the work everyone has previously don the this one. It's got me puzzled.
