I got a 1995 Buick Riviera with a vacuum leak is a vacuum hose that isn't connected on the diagram shows to connect to accessory by the firewall I can't figure out where it attaches to

That's an easy one.
There should be a black box mounted near the windshield just between the gas lines and the a/c lines. The connection is under it on the right
