Sort of a noob... But read on anyway 😎

If you're familiar with CompNine.com, they're back online!!!

If not, get some of your cars' and trucks' VIN numbers and go try it:

The demo will let you have two or three lookups per day. It's a great database for auction hounds (me), people obsessed with the statistical data about their cars and trucks (ummm, also me), and anyone in the market for a used car built in the last 25-30 years. I won't say I've been able to get a result for all the cars I've owned since 1978, but I've found most of them...

Cool site but it looks like it does not have anything more recent than early 2010. No luck for us 2011+ Regal owners. I am curious about the production numbers of the GS.

Compnine is an awesome resource and I'm glad it's back up again!

I would spend hours (before the limitations) looking up vins of low production cars to see the oddities that were produced.

I gathered a lot of info on my current and past rides.
