If you plan on removing the cladding, you will need to get the front bumper for the buick regal sportsback. The tourx front bumper has attachment holes for the cladding. As far as lowering goes, I have H&R lowering springs, Eibach makes springs as well. Funny that you mentioned coilovers, I will be installing coilovers tomorrow
