warning lights and speedometer not working

Roadmaster Model Year 1994. The backlight of the instrument panel works, the turn light and the high beam indicator work, but everything else is dark. All fuses appeared to be working. Does the instrument panel have its own fuse? Where to go to find the fault?

Roadmaster Model Year 1994. The backlight of the instrument panel works, the turn light and the high beam indicator work, but everything else is dark. All fuses appeared to be working. Does the instrument panel have its own fuse? Where to go to find the fault?

Continuing with my own question, I took out the instrument cluster, and warning lights bulbs were unbroken. Now, at least visually, I couldn't see anything worse, maybe oxidation inside? would it be worth sending the whole instrument panel to be checked somewhere? I would also like to look for the fault elsewhere.
