Water pump pins

I have a 2004 lesaber and I am missing the lower pin that holds the water pump on. Will this cause an issue? Or is it just a dead pinhole?

Okay, i just pressed a small drill bit gently into the bottom right hole and found out.It is a dead hole. I will see if I can find one.

You can use a 1/4in split spring dowel pin. A solid 1/4in you find in a hardware store wont fit. The exact size is 0.247 and really hard to find outside of a gm part.
