What are the best tires for a 2000 Buick Park Ave base? Best for Nee York City driving?

My park ave recently got a bad flat, caught it before I damaged the rim but it may also just be time for some new tires. Was wondering if anyone has recommendations for the best tires for a park ave? Also if anyone is from nyc or a similar city I was wondering if you had city specific recommendations? Maybe even bigger tires for the potholes?

My tire info is 225/60R16 98T M+S.

I use Cooper CS5 grand touring and same size as yours. I'm in Nassau county and drive into Brooklyn weekly. Great tires. Ride smooth and handles pothole and bad streets great.
