Good question. Those go between the frame/subframe and the lateral link bracket - I just replaced those lateral links in my PA recently and had to lower that bracket to get er done. I wondered the same thing but left them as-is and bolted the bracket back up.

Looking at RockAuto I'm not finding anything close either...

I believe you may be looking for these parts, unfortunately no description on the part# but could assume it's L&R. 2005 lesabre as I didn't see a year listed.

Then it may be #14, but you have the diagram to see what part it is.
 
I also think #14 is the closest in that diagram.

The lateral link is the bar #26, which goes up into the bracket resembling a hitch. Above that hitch looking bracket, guessing #14 goes on both left and right side there.

I forgot that bracket is part of that huge member, I had to pry the bracket down 1-2 inches after releasing the bolts in order to get the lateral link bolts out and away from the fuel tank.
