Got the itch for something newer...so what's the 2004 LeSabre worth ? 56k miles, new tires, 2023.
All maintenance is up to date. New belts, hoses, coolant, brake fluid, tyranny fluid, new rear pads, fronts are fine.
Chassis is undercoated with Woolwax. Any spot rust underneath has been addressed.
Good looking, no body rust at all. Interior very good, gages out, digital works fine.
Typical history of any car/motorcycle I am selling is.......the first person to take a look buys it at my price.

Approximately where are you located?

Around $5000. But your mileage is really low so you can add a thousand or two depending on condition

Um, Dayton Ohio....
Rust Belt! Was the under body treated with all that "Woolwax" when the car was new, or after the rust had already started?

History on it is that its was my fathers car.... sat in the garage most of its life.... 21k miles when I got it.
It was as is OEM, no under treatment when new.... Last year, September, I was able to get it on a lift.
Yeah there was some minor surface rust on the underbody and some on the crossmembers etc.. Really wasnt that bad, minor stuff. Nothing to panic about.
I wire brushed everything loose and then brushed on a heavy coat of woolwax. Then all the doors, any body plugs, open seams, I when through 4 cans of fluid film.
Car dripped the stuff for a week...

Btw ---In this area, not much of a rust belt.... snow in this area, in the last 20years has been few and far between... unlike Cleveland....

I notice a clean lesabre will bring more money in if you sell it down south. There is a big market for them there.

Yes, but when they see where the car is currently located, & they are smart buyers, they will pass on that add/connection! I had a friend who bought rust free cars from the SE & sold in the rust belt for a huge profit.
