2011 buick lucerne
I have 2011 lucerne that I bought in 2020 by the summer of 2021 I needed new front bearings I did it myself and they failed within 6 months had a mechanic do it with oem parts he did the struts at the same time along with an alignment a year later he replaces under warranty again 9 months later, I am now about to replace them again alignments good struts are good and the last 2 sets were oem any suggestions as to why?

No known reason for early failure on GM parts. What was the failure and do you have the GM part number as a reference?

If looking for another manufacturer BCA/NTN would be a good choice, the Lucerne hubs come from NTN South Korea. NTN is the largest manufacturer of hubs to the automotive industry in North America for new vehicles Toyota, VW, Ford, Chrysler, Mercedes, Subaru etc. so they are a tier one supplier.

I don't have the part # it's just the front wheel bearings the mechanic who was doing the warranty repairs is now retired and the guy who took over won't honor it either so I'm stuck paying full.price and doing the work myself

Most parts come with some type of product warranty no matter who installed them, so at least the hubs should be considered replacement under the warranty.

The dealer needs the original receipt from the mechanic before they will do anything
