Where to buy interior trim pieces?

Hey guys,

I love my (father's) new espresso bronze Regal with the cocoa cashmere interior. However the wood trim looks quite fake and not all that appealing. Is there a website that sells Opel/Vauxhaul Insignia interior trim? If it exists, I would love to get aluminum trim similar to the piece in the door handle.
