Where to order Brembo Replacement Pads?

I'm actually going through this right now, had it at the dealer for a constant squeal. Turns out the pads are to the wear tab.

OE pads are $300, the TSB quiet pads are $250. Hated the stock pads for the dust and noise, and I am simply not spending $250 on pads.

I work at Autozone and have had good luck with thier CMax pads in other cars. Found the correct pads not listed for our GS but listed under a '12 CTS-V and run $64.99 part # DGC1405. Been reading up on different forums to see what other community's have been using. The ones I've heard used are stop-tech, Hawk, EBC, Project MU (very popular with Infinity G35 drivers) , and Ferrodo ($$) .

The ones I'm leaning towards are the EBC Redstuff part # DP31210C. They are twice the cost of the Autozone set and I know they would work great, but I kinda wanna stay performance oriented even though I'm never really hammering on them.

I ran the Ferrodo DS2500 on my STi and loved them. Noisy? Yeah, but not terrible. Brake fade at 145 +MPH at Summit Point, nope! First stop on the way to work while they are cold...well, lets just say the pedal needs firm attention as the first stop can be almost 50% longer than hot pads!! But once you are trained in their abilities they ARE AWESOME!!

Yea I was looking at the Brembo website and it looks like all the GM cars that share these brakes share a similar size pad... There are slight variations in thickness and that's what has held me from buying... Plus $400 price tag.... If be willing to give the EBC pads a chance, just need to know where to buy them, any specific part number and website? Thanks again for he help, vehiclecity

I ordered the CMax pads in to see what they look like, the CTS-V ones are incorrect also. Luckily I got the set listed for a G8 GXP in also and those are the correct set. They are also $49.99 with a lifetime warranty. I've decided to try these, especially if I'm going to need a new set every 20k miles.

Can someone confirm that Regal GS OEM "Brembo" pads are made by Ferodo?
Plus, any details on which compound: DS1000, DS2000? The OEM ZO6 brake pads are actually made by Ferodo and are the DS1000 compound which is their performance street offering.

Just wanted to thank you for posting this information. For $50 (and a lifetime warranty), I am giving these a try. Put some in my 2012 GS last weekend. So far, I really like them.

They stop just fine. You can tell they don't grab quite as hard as the original pads, but this car by no means at all has a problem with stopping. The brakes are still way too good for this car. Brake pedal force is up slightly, but still lower than my other cars, and I might actually like the greater 'feel' I've got now (but that is totally personal preference).

As for dust, it's only been about 5 days so far, but my wheels still look totally clean. That brake dust with the original pads was annoying.

As for the work involved, I've never had a car with Brembos before. What an awesome design for changing pads. Don't even need to remove any bolts. Just push out two pins, slide the old pads out the top and slide the new ones in and replace the pins.

I kept the original pads just in case I ever Autocross the car or something.. it's only a 10 minute job to put the original pads back in, if that.

Again, thanks for finding the right pads and posting here... maybe you can get Autozone to update their database.

Depending on how many miles you have on car there is a bulletin out for excessive dust and squeal noise on pads. GM has a replacement pad that is not a race pad less dust and no noise. Under warranty they replace the pads and give old ones back as stated in bulletin , cause if you take car to a track they say to reinstall race pads. Going to do this on mine just for the dust. Since I'm a technician at Buick dealership at least I get to do it myself still.

No problem on passing the info along. Great review of the pads, same way I feel about them and have noticed the same things with feel and initial bite. As for dust, it's almost non existent compared to the factory set, washed the car the day after install and once since then, have not had any brake dust on the wheels.

I did send an email to the department that handles updating our systems, hopefully they correct the listing.

I knew there was a reason to join the forum! Glad to be here. Love my Buick. Left a BMW 745i to go back to US Car. Happy. But DAM is there alot of brake dust. I just hit 10k miles and my brakes have squeaked for the last 2k. I leased the car. Free service for 4 years. Ready for my second oil change and will inquire about the different pads while there. I use EBC pads for the motorcycle at the track, but Im not too concerned with the pads on the Buick. Just a commuter for me, but I definitely test the car every day. The brake dust is RIDICULOUS on the front. Glad to be part of the forum!
