whiny transmission in my 2016 Encore?

I know that GM-6 SPEED TRANSMISSIONS are NOT KNOWN FOR THEIR QUIETNESS...BUT EVEN WITH THE ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLATION- I THINK THAT MY 2016 ENCORE TRANNY IS REALLY 'WHINY'...ANYBODY NOTICE THIS?

Cant say I have noticed any transmission noise from our 2016 Encore that doesn't seem normal I would have the dealer look it over at least if they give you the brush off and say it is normal the issue is documented so if it becomes a worse problem later/out of warranty you have a better shot at GM covering the repair!

I've found the Encore tranny not to be very refined (quite klunky actually), especially in stop and go traffic, but it does not seem noisy.
I wish we could even check our own tranny fluid level, but there is no dipstick....
