Wiper and Blinker Malfunction

When I initially purchased my 2006 Lucerne the wipers and the blinkers worked, but the windshield washer fluid pump does not work (does not make a noise when I pull the MF switch), I inspected the fuses and switched out the fuse with a spare of the same amperage, both fuses were still good. After switching the fuses I now no longer have power to my front blinker lights (the back ones still operate) and the wipers no longer operate. I've inspected the fuse to the wipers and tried different relays with no success.

Could this all be tied to the multifunction switch or did I screw up a fuse or a relay?
