Wireless Apple Carplay Malfunction

Hi everyone,

It seems like my wireless Apple Carplay is malfunctioning with every apple device I've tried to pair it with. It loads for about a minute or two and then mentions that it was unable to connect and to call Onstar. I've called Onstar and completed a few resets, but they've mentioned to me that I'd have to visit the dealership. I think it might be related to the recent Apple IOS updates. My vehicle software is also up to date.

Has anyone ever had this type of issue?

That sucks..new technology always seem to have bugs… do you have the option to plug it in to use car play? I have the plug in only system, works fine. But i currently have xm service to the car so i rarely use the car play
 
I got my Encore GX in October and aside from the original configuration taking some time to get right (it turns out I had Carplay disabled on my phone), I haven't had any problems with connectivity since. Wish I could offer some guidance.

we had all audio go silent, including radio source and directionals' sound - so maybe a different issue

Buick ended-up replacing an active noise cancelling module under warranty
