Do you have adaptive cruise control? I have been told the central Buick emblem on the Essence model houses the sensors for that feature. If you do, I assume the Opel badge is compatible with it.

The radar is mounted behind the emblem. You must order the Opel bracket which will move the radar down and behind the solid black section of the opel grill.

The Vauxhall parts are pretty easy to come by--Ebay for the most part; plus the grille & trimmings are the same as for the Opel conversions (hey, Insignia's are Insignia's!).

I wouldn’t be surprised if the Holden grille is the same part, too as the badge diameter looks to be the same (not verified tho).

I don't know how accurate that is. Looking at the Opel grill parts, the shape of the chrome Opel emblem is molded into the black plastic grill. A Vauxhall emblem does not look like it would be "plug n play". Same for Holden. You can see the"Blitz" shape in this picture.

I’m pretty sure the Holden/Vauxhall badges simply cover up the blitz shape when installed. Poke around on some Vauxhall forums and you’ll see this mentioned.

Hope you do not mind me asking, but how much does it cost to make a Buick appear to be an Opel?
Betting GM didn't spend much changing Opels into Buicks, when they owned them..with no take off parts.... but maybe could sell to guy changing his Opel to a Buick in Europe.
