How to swap a TourX to Sportback front bumper

It's definitely not for the faint of heart. I am committed to mine now (at paint for front lip spoiler and rear skirts). Both my girlfriend and my wallet are looking at me sideways.
The compromise between my wife and I is that I'm forced to see her fill the garage with things she doesn't use and I get to put the things I do use, on my car.

My next project (already got the wife's approval) is to plastidip the over-window chrome as well as the Buick and Regal lettering. I'm still on the fence whether to make it black, gunmetal gray, or red. I'm tempted to make it all red, hoping that the dip matches the bright Sport Red color. I might also do the chrome pieces on the grill and around the fog lights. We'll see. 4 work days left until early retirement then I'll have more time to do stuff like this.

This is on my list also. I did a test of both dark and light taillight tint film to see if I could get the "black chrome" effect on those trim pieces. It looked more brown than anything. Since I have a black car, I'll likely black it all out.

This Real McCoy, how you managed to get Opel's fobs to work?
LOL. I cheated. I got two keys for 25 Euro and removed the Opel symbol from the Euro key and placed it on my original Buick key fob.

Nice job with filling side markers, from bumper cover looks like EU specs. What about the front bumper 2 parking sensors?
It wasn't until I got the bumper painted that I thought about it. The same plug that I used for the trim bezel

is the same plug that I used for the sensor hole.

Plugs looks 100% factory.

I bought a set of 4 Chinese-made sensors for $17.99 use them as dummies.

I tried to find some from the junkyard but I was unsuccessful at pulling them out. I might go your route instead. Where did you find these? Are all sensors the same size?

I am finding it really hard to locate a used Regal Sportback front bumper assembly on the secondary market. does anyone have some tips or websites that i should check regularly i am looking for a black and i figured that would be a fairly common color but i am having 0 luck.

Also if you use a GS bumper what are members like Skynet doing with the fog light harness and bulbs since they are not used? are you guys simply securing them out of the way some how and keeping them in tack or is there a way to remove it without causing issues?

It seems like you could buy something like these inserts and just plug them into the existing fog light wires and use them as fogs. For Buick Regal GS 2018-2020 LED Daytime Running Light DRL Front Fog Light | eBay

Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market and eBay will be your best choices. Personally, I bought a brand new GS bumper cover and lower grills from the dealer since it is almost impossible to find a used GS bumper assembly, if you find one they ask a very high price for it.

I did not read much of this thread so maybe I missed it, why exactly are you trying to put a sportback bumper on a TourX?

It is needed when removing the black plastic trim/cladding from the car

I was also wondering if there is a way to tell if I currently have adaptive cruise control?
