Yes. I've learned my lesson there. The MAF was AC Delco and the MAP was GM.Did you use OEM parts? These cars are very picky with MAF and MAP sensors.
Also, make sure the connectors are clean and fully seated.
I did not clear the codes. Will do that. Thanks for the suggestion.not being funny but did you clear the code with a scan tool ? after installing the new MAP sensor
All, I'm still dealing with an unrelenting P1101 code. Since the code appeared several months ago, I've replaced:
The MAF (AC Delco)
The MAP on the intake manifold (GM)
The MAP on the intercooler tube (GM)
The PCV valves and hoses (GM)
The intake air tube (GM)
Codes have been cleared and code returns almost instantly.
Has anyone else experienced a P1101 that just refused to be fixed? Please let me know if there is anywhere else I should be looking.
I just want to say good sir....for I have a 2015 gs awd....it's my understanding the maf sensor is a Hitachi one. I could be wrongYes. I've learned my lesson there. The MAF was AC Delco and the MAP was GM.
Same here, same issue, same model. My symptoms are that when lightly accelerating after a stop, the engine or the trans, not sure, starts noticeably shaking. Shaking will stop when releasing pedal. Shaking is much less common when pressing the pedal heavierSame issue with a 2016 regal 2.0 Turbo
