2012 Regal (regular) release date

Does anyone know when the 2012 regular Regal is coming out? Only a few 2012 models are at my local dealers now, and the Regal is not one of them.

The 2012 Regal was set to begin production on August 5th. I would recommend staying in contact with your local dealer for more specific arrival information. Thank you.

Thanks very much Tricia. I haven't seen any activity from my local dealers yet, but I'll check their inventories every now and then to see what's new.

RegalDesire: They should update it very soon now that the 2012 Regal is in production. Check on Buick's website frequently to see if they've changed anything. Right now, they haven't.

I was able to use a third-party configurator here:

One thing I noticed is that the audio system with nav is now an $1145 option rather than $1995 which is the difference in price between the 2011 TO6 and TO7!

This is the description:

AUDIO SYSTEM WITH NAVIGATION, AM/FM/XM STEREO WITH MP3 CD PLAYER
USB and AUX port, MP3/WMA playback, iPod support, 7" color touch screen display, multi-function controller, GPS navigation system, and SD card reader in center console
(Requires (CF5) tilt-sliding power sunroof)

This is from the description on the Premium 3 package - the equivalent of the 2011 TO6 and TO7!

Also with the advent of the GS model, the MSRP appears to have dropped! The 2011 TO7 was originally $35810, but now lists for $34410 on the Buick website. The 2012 with nav is roughly $33680 per the configurator I used! I wonder how this will play out at the dealership?
