heated seats

Both of my heated seat “buttons” do not respond to touch. They were both working fine and both stopped at the same time. Anybody got an idea of where to start fixing this?

We just purchased a 2001 Park Avenue without heated seats. However, I have a 1999 Park Avenue parts car which has the heated seat option with the same color seats. What would have to be switched over in addition to the seats to make this work in my 2001? Thanks!

The Heated Seats on my 2006 Lucerne CXS suddenly stopped working. I checked the two fuses that the owners manual showed for the Heated/Cooled Seats (one 10A & one 30A) and both were OK. Also, the rear HVAC Blower quit working. The manual does not even list a fuse for it. Any help is appreciated.
