Hi, I have searched for hours on here and have yet to find a solution to my problem.
I have spent two days trying to figure this out. Please help?!?😱
Facts:
-Automatic digital climate control.
-No error codes
-All vacuum lines and actuators work perfectly
-Blower works perfectly in all speeds
-Both passenger blend doors work, and I think the drivers side works (if there is one)
-Hot and cold temperature selections DO work
-There is NO change in air flow when the recirculating actuator is open.
Symptoms:
-almost no air output in any of the vents. There is just enough to tell that there is a change in temperature.
-Dual control seems to affect nothing in any of the mechanisms...
What I have done:
-replaced vacuum lines
-repaired all colored lines within the programmer and at the actuator connectors. The orange one was the only one that had collapsed at the actuator connection.
-Checked all fuses and relays.
-Removed blower to look for obstructions and found none.
-cleared obstructions from hvac air input by wiper blades.
-Shoved a shop vac in the passenger side main vent and sucked or blew to see if there were obstructions - none found and air blew/sucked from all other main vents
All systems are working on all settings, but almost no air output even with full fan speed.
Questions:
-Is there another door controller that I am missing?
-Which hose goes where on the Upper/Lower actuator. There are two vacuum lines to this one. One attaches on the side, and one comes out the center. I have tried both combinations. I have a white (red in the programmer), and a light green (yellow in the programmer) line.
-Is there a different air input other than by the wiper blades?
Other problem:
A/C compressor will not engage but relay is good, and low pressure sensor is working, and system is charged. Compressor will work when connecting relay pins 30 and 87, but there is no voltage going to the relay coil. System cools when compressor is forced on - no increase air flow from other problem.
Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated! I am going crazy on this one!
