2004 rough shift into 1st and vibration ... TCC??

the body is in good shape. The driver door panel is coming off and the center console lid is off. And the seats have some cigarette burns. A/c is extraordinarily cold. Lol. Suspension feels nice and the engine feels strong. 125k on it. And just a few songs from hail and age. But I think this was garaged most it’s life.

How much is a reman trans? Do remans have updated parts that are weak points?

I want to do a rebuild. But I’m scared 😂 YouTube makes everything seem easy.

You can get a low mileage used one for probably $900 depending on where you look or I've priced remans going for $1600 give or take. Yeah, unless your a certified tech with a crap load of the right tools, I wouldn't even try rebuilding it myself.
