The dealer agreed to upgrade my 2014 Enclave with factory navigation radio system when I leased on June 9th of this year. But to my dismay, I realized (after the fact) that this was in fact a third party after market installation (software). I don't have any NAV related buttons on the radio as it should have and there are no voice commands that can be used. It also requires that I hold down the "source" button on the steering wheel in order to access NAV. During navigation, there is no option to control/view the radio display simultaneously with NAV.
It's called "Intraphex iGo Primo 2.0.1". The maps are out of date and, to my knowledge, the only way to update is to completely remove the entire radio to access the SD card in the back. Has anyone else had this type of experience? The display/usability is so poor and low grade, I'm tempted to just go buy a Tom Tom 🙁 Very disappointed.
Thanks!
Jason
